Health Information Technology Systems and Support

NMN provides and supports a robust health information technology system that includes:

The cornerstone of this system is GE Healthcare Centricity Practice Solution EHR 2006 v 9.5 and Dentrix Enterprise 5.0 with Dexis Imaging System 5.0 operating from a centralized platform in a Citrix environment.

NMN offers additional applications that enhance provider capacity to optimize patient care. These include:

Network Infrastructure

We support a wide-area network (WAN) that is standards-based, robust, reliable and secure. The technical configuration operates in a Citrix environment from a centralized location in Duluth, Minnesota.

The infrastructure that sustains all our electronic health record systems also supports quality improvement projects. It enables timely access to demographic and medical data, the ability to benchmark among the centers and develop best practices to improve quality and health outcomes for patients.

This includes expanded data collection procedures for baseline measurements, standardizing common workflows, and expanding the Network clinical quality improvement system to focus on managing health care more effectively and improving patient outcomes.
