Northern Minnesota Network currently has five members. These organizations are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Migrant Health Centers that provide care through 29 clinical sites in urban and rural medically underserved areas of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and eastern North Dakota. Each member organization has a representative who serves on our Board of Directors.
