Our Team
Health Center Controlled Network
As a federally approved Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN), the Northern Minnesota Network supports health centers that provide primary care services in both rural and urban areas. These health centers serve people with limited access to medical and dental care, including migrant farm workers and those who live far from care providers. We help improve patient safety, business operations and clinical quality in health centers by providing technology and resource support services.
Member Services
From a centralized office in Isanti, MN, we provide account support and manage requests for technical services and expanded applications from all our member facilities across the Midwest. Our dedicated staff has extensive knowledge and experience working with medical and dental clinics that provide care for underserved populations. We take our mission to heart and are committed to serving our member organizations.
